  If you like pottery, making pottery or using it then this place is for you. You can decorate most of the styles on show in the seconds shop (and get a drink at the same time). There are special events held from time to time as well as capacity for large parties. There are 2 outlets; the factory shop with the widest range of new new pottery and glassware and the seconds shop with the seconds (pottery that did not pass quality control - not deformed handles or anything - a spot that was not a perfect circle or a less than red spot etc). Both have discounts on the price. When that's tired you out you can relax over a drink and light snack, or a full meal if you prefer.

  Lovely little factory tour which lasted about 45mins. We even tried our hand at plate throwing with the clay which was lots of fun! Incredible to see the very talented staff decorating and hand painting the pottery, gives you a real appreciation for the brand and craftsmanship. Amazing discounts too in the gift shop if you don't mind seconds! Only disappointment was not being able to take photos in the hand painting areas.
