    I could not fault the staff. Friendly and happy to go the extra mile, however the facilities really drag the review down.

    Carpets are torn and dirty, walls are in need of repainting, window frames are rotting away. Only 1 PowerPoint in the bedroom and the kettle provided only reached when placed on the floor. Having the window open (summer) caused the panels in the bathroom ceiling to move about which scared the life out of me!

    Only instant coffee provided and PG tips for tea. The bar is limited in available drinks. Got our breakfast order wrong.

    Other than that... Great!
